# Eye-Link Foundation

> Our mission is to provide adaptive technology and related training to Minnesota, Wisconsin and North Dakota Residents who are blind or visually impaired. We are an all-volunteer organization that provides a wide array of vital, highly specialized adaptive technologies and training free of charge through our grant application process. Eye-Link presented its first grant in 2001, and continues to give low vision and blind persons a pathway to independence.
